Your role:You will be responsible to Install, Configure and Maintain Healthcare Diagnostic Equipment with particular reference to Radiology and Angiography, within the designated area. You will have a Customers Face to Face relationship. Ensure complete execution of all preventive maintenance on the assigned assets. Work with Project Management and Application Specialist in order to successfully implement complex solutions. Work with local team to delight Customers. Interact with the Customer Care Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of the issues. Report in a timely manner all potential issues to the Dedicated Complaint Unit. Comply with Health and safety, Environment and HR regulations. Your expertise:Degree in electronic engineering or high school diploma in electronics. Digital Healthcare general knowledge. Fluent in English (written and verbally). Windows, Excel, Word knowledge. Resident in Tuscany area. Willingness to travel within the assigned area and across Italy as needed. Team working attitude, proactive and able to take self-initiatives. Communication skills – make complex issues easy to understand.
