We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Executive to join Norgine.
The person holding this position will report to the Customer Services Manager and be a member of the Customer Services team.

**Requirements**:
**Sales Management**:
- Daily check of Sales Interface and Reconciliation Report, release of held orders and run Sales Update
- Handle Sales order errors (quantity or price discrepancies/errors hold for overdue invoices), proposing proper solutions
- Follow closely hospital orders especially for tenders in collaboration with Public Tender Executive
- Update client portal
- Manage client Master File Data
- Create/change customer data Update file
- Responsible to maintain all price adjustments in Norgine's ERP to accurately match customer pricing agreements.
- Resolve pricing errors according to the source of the errors
- Responsible to maintain customer quotas in ERP and manage backorders according to customer agreements.
- Report all orders blocked by quota and credit limit and act on ERP accordingly to the responsible instructions.
**Stock management**:
- Receive stock into customer file and transfer goods to various locations
- Release lots and post inventory transaction
- Check stock levels (including safety stock) and deliveries
- Prepare stock plan on monthly bases
- Check differences between physical and countable stock on monthly bases and year end
- Manage yearly destruction of obsolete goods
- Yearly physical inventory count at warehouse
- Reference point for Production Sites for Sticker orders to State Printer (including creation on the portal and shipping orders)
**Customer Complaints**:
- Manage customer complaints and return goods
- Collaborate with 3PL for the resolution of complains
- Update Segnalazioni Clienti / Customer reports database
- Main point of contact for customers in case of Out of Stock (pharmacies and patients)
- Preparation of GDP KPIs for MBR and LT meetings
RELATIONSHIPS:
- Excellent teamwork within and across Customer Service and skills in manage customers.
- Ability to engage and challenge external relationships as appropriate.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Enthusiasm, service and customer-minded attitude is mandatory
- Must be able to relate to external customers
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work punctual
- Able to meet deadlines
- Easy to working with computers and a knowledge of Excel
- Experience in a multinational environment is a plus
**Other activities**:
- Support Customer Service Manager to preparing commercial offers for wholesalers and special clients.
- Check and release wholesalers orders in Customer Service Manager's absence
- Adhere to Norgine compliance policies as well as applicable compliance laws
**Communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian
Must be able to relate to external customers
