International SOS is currently recruiting a Customer Service Executive (known internally as an International Operations Specialist) to join its team of Medical, Security, and Logistics experts based in Milan. This role will be supporting our clients' requests through delivering high-quality case management, bringing swift resolutions to the situations presented. Key responsibilities Demonstrate a caring attitude when answering queries with the objective of exceeding expectations Coordinate cases effectively by booking appointments, authorizing treatments, or handling policy claims using professionalism and care Assess situations, coordinate medical care, and communicate logistics across the world Collaborate with a team of doctors, nurses, security, and operations experts in a fast-paced environment About you Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English, Italian, and French essential Critical thinking and organizational skills to handle a variety of situations Naturally sympathetic with determination to help people Ability to take ownership of protecting data and process integrity Confidence in using Microsoft Office Experience as a Customer Service Executive in a contact center or similar environment would be beneficial Educated to A' Level or Degree level with an interest in Healthcare, World Politics, or International Security is preferred At International SOS, we offer a great working environment, thanks to our commitment to flexible working, diversity, and development.
