Customer Service Expert

With the aim of strengthening the National Customer Service department, we are recruiting a
**Customer Service Expert - Protected Categories (L. 68/99)
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Receiving, processing, checking and fulfilling orders according to the commercial agreements made and confirmed with customers and providing them with after-sales support.
- Build sustainable and trusting relationships with customers, providing support through any communication and contact tools for the entire customer flow generated by commercial relationships and agreements.
- Provide telephone support to customers, with detailed information on Fidia's products and services and answering questions and concerns.
- Generate sales leads with detailed analytical activity on order fulfilment flows.
- Document all customer interactions, including terms and conditions of sale/listing/postponements, keeping a history of returns, complaints and reports handled.
**Requisitions**:
- High school diploma, preferably in accounting
- At least 3 years of work experience in the same role, preferably in the pharmaceutical field
- Proficiency in the use of Excel, Word, Power point, SAP or similar systems
- Knowledge of English language at B1 level
- Customer orientation, learning ability and flexibility, as well as analytical and teamwork skills.
- Belonging to Protected Categories (L. 68/99).
**Our offer**:

- "C" grading of chemical pharmaceutical national collective agreement.
- Salary between € 32. 000 and € 38. 000.
