Purpose of Position**:

The task and the purpose of this position is to manage and to supervise contact with customers, to respond promptly and efficiently to requests and to carry out an intermediation activity between customers and the various company functions.

In particular: production, logistics, R&D and Quality.

**Description of main Activities/responsibilities**:

- Receive orders from the commercial network and insert them into the system.

- Coordinate the shipping activities of the goods by managing customer requests in relation to the availability of the product and the shipping activity by the external warehouse.

- Manage the customer information service for order details.

- Monitor the progress of orders.

- Manage any complaints.

**Professional and Personal skills**:

**Education**:

Degree in foreign languages and/or Economics

**Professional Skills**:

Knowledge of export practices, especially regarding food products

Expertise in sales operations and order management

Good knowledge of the main IT tools and speed with the computer

**Languages**:

Fluent english, written and spoken

**Years of professional experience**:

5 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably for a food company

**Behavioural requirements**:

Propensity for team work
