Customer Service - Export Specialist

**Position Summary**:
Within our Global Customer Service team based in Assago, you will effectively drive smooth customer centric journey in the Integrated Order and Account Receivables Management to minimize waste, reduce complexities and provide operational excellence.
You will serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for the customer, will address root-cause problems and create solutions through the end to end process to improve customer experience.
**A day in the life of Customer Service & Export Specialist**:
- On time resolution of order filtering exceptions to meet customer requirements (e. g. Credit block, Incomplete order, Duplicate order), ensuring actions taken are aligned with customer and/or internal team
- Align with customer and internal teams on changes that can be applied to avoid re occurrence of exceptions
- Resolve order fulfilment exceptions (e. g.
Load Optimization, Carrier Selection, Appointment Scheduling and Delivery delay, Out of stock risk, Out of stock communication) to meet service fulfillment measures as seen by customers lens
- Resolve billing exceptions (e. g.
Billing not posted to accounting, Customer blocked for billing) in collaboration with internal teams and/or customer for timely posting of documents on customer account to avoid collection issue later in the process
- Coordinate execution of returns and refusals process with customer and internal teams (e. g.
transport, claims and deductions) to ensure smooth transfer of stocks back to Nestle site or destruction in customer site as applicable
**What will make you successful**:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service Roles with Make to Order strategy
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics
- Quantitative and analytical mindset
- Fluent in English and Italian is a must
- Knowledge of any other language is a plus
- Organized and precise approach
