For the commercial team we are searching for a customer service figure to insert in the team as an internship.

He/She will be in charge of:

- formulation of business offers in agreement with the Sales Manager

- submittal of the offer to the client and eventual follow up within

- monitoring orders from beginning to end

- communicate with the logistic and production department

- preparation of export documentation (packing list, documents CEE and ExtraCEE)

- management of returns and complaints

- data entry of reports
