In Occhiobello we design and manufacture equipment to serve a wide range of business lines with a focus on solid control equipment (centrifuges, dryers, pumps).
Job Summary: The Tax Intern will gain experience in various finance and tax tasks within the team, and assists in managing activities related the Legal Entity (Smith Int'l Italia SpA).
The positions report to the relevant Controller of the Center as member of the BOD and responsible of the Legal Entity reporting.
Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.
Typical Responsibilities and Duties: The intern will work closely with the Customer service team and will learn the following processes:Support customer service functions and sales order entries in SAP ERPCoordinate orders and shipments between Manufacturing and customers. Interface with departments handling activities such as credit and collections, sales, shipping and purchasing to ensure effective and timely service to customer. Track and report to customer and sales staff delivery date, anticipated delays, conflicting terms and conditions of customer purchase orders. Qualifications: University Degree or equivalent Required Technical SkillsGood knowledge of Ms Excel Nice-to-Have Technical SkillsKnowledge or interest in PowerBI or other BI tools Soft SkillsFluent in English and ItalianAbility to interact with different level of the organizationEager to learn and demonstrate initiative SLB is an equal employment opportunity employer.
