Customer Service Intern
Job Title: Customer Service Intern Summary: In this role, you will have the opportunity to see first-hand how a Customer Service Hub is set-up, entering real life operations.
Furthermore, you will be able to learn the ERPs SAP and Salesforce.
Responsibilities Include: General support to Customer Service Reps and Inside Sales.
Providing clerical support to the team as needed.
Resolve routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to higher levels.
Provides quality, accurate, reasonable and on-time service, ensure due dates and deadlines are met, based on the assigned tasks.
Supports the team regarding vendor management.
Helping out with claims-related activities, and different types of reports (Microsoft Excel and SAP).
Qualifications: The following are required for the role: Bachelor's degree or University attendance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Italian Mandatory.
Proficient in English.
Good Outlook and Microsoft Office knowledge.
Team player.
Ability to prioritize workload.
The following is preferred for the role: Third language is a strong plus (German, French, Spanish).
