We are looking for an Customer Service - INTERN to join our Business Development and Key Account Export team based in Milan.

**You will be involved in the following activities**:

- Preparation of export documents necessary for shipments

- Return and NC insertion

- Sending update reports to Agents

- Preparation of Master Files requested by customers

- Support for master data creation

- Support Insertion of price lists

- Sample Management Support

- Order Confirmation Sending Support

- Special Customer Management support (creation of specifications for our external logistics)

- Support Management of Stockists and Special Offers Orders

- Support for managing Agent requests.

**Profile**:

- Fluent English (B2 and above) and Italian

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Microsoft Office package, especially excel

- Strong analytical skills

- Customer oriented approach

- Multicultural and curious mindset

- Proactive

- Highly organized

- Teamwork skills

Highly appreciated

- Other languages

- Dynamic and creative

- Milan based

- Experience abroad (even if short)

Qualification: graduate student in international studies/management, marketing

Starting date: ASAP

Monthly contribution + meal vouchers.

Full time internship - hybrid

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tirocinio formativo/stage

Durata contratto: 6 mesi
