Customer Service (Italian Speaker) | Malaysia based; Relocation ProvidedPosition title: Customer Service Representative Working hours: 24/7 (9hrs operations)
Position Summary: The Reservation and Ticketing team are responsible for ensuring support, relating to client, travel agents and passenger inquiries.
The team roughly handles 90% of inbound inquiries and 10% back-office work.
Responsibilities are conducted via phone, email and chat.
Primary Job Functions: Answer incoming calls including email and chat in a timely mannerIdentify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternativesBuild sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mileKeep the customer's privacy and protect customer informationMeet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targetsHandle simple to difficult inquiries in a given span of timeManage different types of callers in a given span of timeAchieve the given metrics in accordance to the center's commitment to clientManage and resolve customer complaintsIdentify and escalate issues to supervisorsProvide accurate information and excellent customer serviceResearch required information using available resourcesResearch, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable resourcesProcess requests according to customer's preference on timeRoute calls to appropriate resourcesDocument all call information according to standard operating proceduresRecognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer callsFollow up customer calls where necessaryComplete call logs and reportsOther duties as assignedTo apply, send your resume to: *
