**Job Purpose
- The Customer Service Manager is a key enabler to achieve service and operational excellence, simplify processes and portfolios, and optimize inventory & all costs between the plant and its internal/external business partners.
S/he represents the customer's best interests inside Amcor to continuously improve our processes and services, and remains responsible for the coordination of the order flow steps that efficiently transform Customers Orders into Deliveries in synergies with supply chain organization.
The Customer Service Manager provides skills & leadership to ensure a high level of performance within the areas of demand forecasting, inventory management, KPI setting.
The Customer Service Manager fosters the culture of customer-centric mindset and effectively leads the team in the time of a major ongoing transformation, while implementing coaching and change management strategies with their own team.
S/he creates a climate where people and teams are able to grow and accelerate their potential both as individuals and as a team.
Some points that could help:
- Act as an active partner for Cluster / BU Commercial Managers
- Building and maintaining sound customer relations and developing, maintaining and improving standards of service to customers
- Good communication flow plant to customer
- Is responsible for a good communication flow plant-to-customer through the arrangement and proactive participation to regular calls with customer and other stakeholders, with proper involvement of Sales community
- Promoting agreements with customer on RM management and negotiating rules of order management

**Qualifications/Requirements
- **Formal Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in field of economics
- Minimum 5 years of Customer Service Manager experience
- Experience in leading a team and building capability
- Preferably knowledge of the packaging business or experience in Food production supply chain
- Data analysis with strong Excel capabilities
