Our client, an eCommerce expert, is searching for a Customer Service Manager to join their project in Milan/Italy.

Responsibilities:

Fully responsible for the work management and personnel management of the customer

service department of the country, including but not limited to team recruitment, training,

selection and elimination

According to the company's development needs, formulate department development plans,

and continuously optimize customer service systems and service models

Formulate departmental post and personnel planning, establish talent echelons, and improve

the business ability and comprehensive quality of department employees

Sort out the department's management specifications, formulate and improve customer

service standards and service processes

Supervise the implementation of work processes and specifications, and find and solve

problems in time, and be able to reverse promote the process and quality improvement of other

departments.

Qualifications:

College degree or above

Have a strong sense of initiative and good professional ethics

Be good at optimizing business processes, and constantly pursue to improve service efficiency

and service quality

At least 3 years working experience in customer service department and more than 1 year

management experience

Italian and English on a fluent level, Chinese preferred.
