Customer Service Manager W/ Fluent Level Of Italian

Rome Business School is looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager!
Your goal will be to develop effective customer service procedures, implementing customer loyalty programs, and setting customer satisfaction goals, to provide outstanding customer service.
Tasks
- Create effective customer service procedures and standards to improve the customer experience.
- Helping customers with issues in a timely manner
- Maintain records and document all customer service activities
- Develop customer satisfaction goals
- Design and implement a customer experience strategy based on the findings leading the customer service processes.
- Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings
**Requirements**:
- Languages: C1 English and Italian
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, social fields or relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service/experience position
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software
- Good understanding of management practices and project leading skills
- Excellent team working and interpersonal skills
