Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to Customers and Salesmen: giving information about orders, backorders, materials availability, shipments, where to buy, any other business related request

- Order management

- Inbound request management through salesforce

- Return management: pick-up booking, pick-up monitoring, process monitoring

- Contact with warehouse on day by day issues

- Complaint management

- Credit/debit notes issue

- Undelivered shipment monitor

- Any other business related to orders, customers and salesmen

- Customer master data maintenance

**Your ideal profile**:

- Bachelor's Degree

- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service in an international environment

- Excellent communication skills, attention to details and deadlines

- Team player

- SAP skills are an advantage (upskilling training will be provided)

- Salesforce (nice to have - upskilling training will be provided)

- Fluent Italian

- Good English - writing and speaking
