**THE POSITION**:
In this role you will join the Customer Service team of Boehringer Ingelheim.
You will ensure the proper management of activities related to the fulfillment and processing of customer purchase orders, overseeing relationships with Business functions, as well as with customers and functions involved, such as Credit Management, Distribution, Local Demand, Customer Experience, Quality, Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory for the successful fulfillment of the order and the management of all related post-sales activities (complaints and any other requests coming from customers and/or Business functions).
All activities will be performed in adherence to good drug distribution practices and in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.
**For this position we offer a 12 months temporary contract with an agency
**Tasks & responsibilities**:
- In this role you will process purchase orders received from customers according to company procedures and pre-defined quality targets (KPIs)
- You will support the business and the customer by providing any useful information regarding the status of the order, delivery and invoicing as well as information on the status of complaints and requests received from the customer
- In addition, you will ensure the consistency and adherence of customer purchase orders to the commercial conditions defined in the commercial policy of the business
- You will ensure the proper management and maintenance of the customer database, according to company procedure
- Besides, you will ensure the timely and prompt resolution of customer complaints in accordance with company procedure, and you will monitor the status of open complaints
- You will handle returns from customers, credit notes for price differences, rebates
- In addition, you will ensure daily monitoring of open orders, to be able to identify blocked orders, not filled orders due to lack of stock, inventory check etc.
- You will provide adequate reporting on sales data when required
**Requirements**:
- High school degree or bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in the Customer Service of multinational companies
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Good level of English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP ERP is a plus
