We are looking for motivated, professional people to join our team. Guest Services/Reservations DutiesService existing accounts, build profiles, create reservations, and establish new accounts. Respond to telephone calls, emails, and internet inquiries quickly and accurately. Provide information regarding availability and pricing. Assign reservations, inputting data into the Livery Coach reservation program. Take deposits, communicate standard policies, and develop contracts for review. QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident, pleasant, friendly, and helpful demeanor. Must be highly organized with acute attention to detail and a proactive thought process. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong keyboarding skills and computer savvy. Must remain calm in high-pressure situations. Expertise with Microsoft Office Products required; familiarity with Google Search and mapping programs. High School diploma or GED equivalents required. Punctual attendance with reliable transportation. Industry background preferred but not required. All employees must pass a background check and drug screen.
