**The Role**:

At Survitec, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Marine team in Genoa.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting our customers throughout their entire journey with us, from the initial quotation to order execution and follow-ups.

Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service at every step, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

**Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative role include but are not limited to**:

- Provide advanced product and service information to customers and resolve complex inquiries.

- Process quotes and orders, including custom requests, and coordinate delivery with relevant teams.

- Make outbound calls to maintain and deepen customer relationships.

- Act as the first point of contact for resolving customer complaints and escalations.

- Enter detailed customer information into our CRM system to support business development.

- Work with customers to understand their needs, offering technical support and guidance, while working closely with our business technical specialists to provide effective solutions.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and safety procedures.

- Participate in training and development to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

- Perform additional duties as required by your manager.

**About You**:

**Essential criteria**:

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent telephone etiquette

- Customer service experience (experience in the Marine industry is a plus)

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

- Proficiency in English, enabling smooth communication in both spoken and written forms

- French language proficiency is advantageous
