Job Title: Broker Bay Support Representative

Job Description:Join our team as a Broker Bay Live Concierge Support Representative and provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic call center environment. In this role, you will assist customers with scheduling, inquiries, and support using various software tools while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service via telephone and software platforms. Efficiently handle multiple screens and telephone software to assist customers. Accurately document calls, organize tasks, and follow through to ensure superior customer experiences. Adhere to call-handling procedures and meet call volume and productivity performance metrics. Support additional skillsets, projects, and opportunities as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Compensation and Schedule: Hourly Pay Rate: $16. 00Hours of Operation: 5:00 AM - 7:00 PM, seven days a week. Work Schedule: 40 hours per week with occasional opportunities for overtime. Flexibility required for early mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts. Job Location:This position is on-site in Salem, OR, in an office call center environment.
