**Job Description**:
The Customer Service Officer plays a key role in coordinating customers relationship activities, especially in the commercial field.
In particular, She/He manages the customer information service for details concerning orders and their progress.
(receipt and progress of orders, preparation of documents and invoices) providing support to the activity of sellers and colleagues in the sales department.
The main purpose of customer service is to ensure full customer satisfaction before, during and after the purchase of products, in order to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Knowledge in managing customer relations and requests for information
- Strong customer orientation
- Attitude to communication and interpersonal relationships
- Excellent listening and problem solving skills
- Mediation skills
- Stress management skills
- Accuracy and reliability
- Courtesy, patience, calm
- Mastery of the main computer programs
- Knowledge of English and Dutch Mandatory
