Description: We're looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative with administrative experience to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, admin tasks, coordinating, mitigating service problems, and providing an exemplary customer experience. Responsibilities: Calling clients and techniciansScheduling field jobs with technicians, clients, and homeownersProviding excellent customer service and maintaining client relationsPreparing and gaining work authorizationsAssisting in acquiring billing information for clients and insurance companiesAnswering incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiriesIdentifying common customer issues and bringing them to the attention of the teamProviding thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfactionRegularly meeting with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledgeMaking sure each customer's complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfactionQualifications: Customer service experience requiredDispatching or scheduling experience a plusDetail orientedMust be able to work at a fast paceMust live within daily driving distance of the officeIn office positionWorking right in the USAPrevious work in a customer-facing positionMust have graduated high school, received a G. E. D. or equivalentDisplay strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skillsCompensation: $50, 000 - $55, 000 at plan
