- Inbound Customer service

- You will be part of a team, providing competent service and excellence.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by representing one of the world's most recognizable companies and supporting their business.

You will be working in the Italian market & **Must speak Italian at a native level**, with a basic understanding of English.

and you will help build a better experience for our users.

**Your Profile

- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian and good command of English (B1 Level);

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;

- Experience in customer service (preferred).
