Customer Service Representative - German/English
Overview:
**Group Key Figures**: Revenue £910m (2020), ~7, 500 employees, manufacturing in 30+ countries, and customers in 100+ countries.
A UK PLC with head office located in Windsor, Berkshire UK.
Listed on London Stock Exchange; Member of the FTSE 250 Index.
This is 12 month fixed term contract with the likelihood of becoming permanent.
**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service Representative
**Job Purpose
Keep up-to-date records of customer interactions.
Process customer orders accurately with zero errors.
Arrange and collect accurate payments in line with payment terms.
Resolve customer issues within service level agreements.
Support the sales function.
**Customer experience
Enter the quote in appropriate tools.
Enter the order and follow till departure, liaise with all support department and focus on customer satisfaction.
Make sure all documents are filed to produce the evidence of the shipment.
Follow up on the complaint and analyse the root cause if customer service involved.
**Communication
**Address the queries to the right person and make sure the process is Lean.
Coordinate the order flow with supply, transport or external suppliers.
Enter all data link to the customer relationship into the CRM.
**Distribution and Key accountabilities
Make sure the orders are compliant with the SLA and the MOP.
Follow up on all requests from the customers and make sure to maintain the partnership.
Make sure all data are accurate and work in collaboration with the supply chain.
Ensure all prices and data are entered in the system and stay up to date.
**Analysis and Compliance
Make sure to update the backlog with the right reason code.
Give the right information to the Team Leader so we can work on the right figures.
Work with compliance to process and respect the safety and ethic rules.
Qualifications:
Developing and maintaining customer relationships
Delivering a high standard of customer service
Ability to work with European colleagues within customer service and supply chain.
Resilient and agile with ethics and safety being the priority.
Fluent English and Germany language skills.
