Purpose of Position: We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative whose aim is to ensure the best support of our clients for foreign markets. He/she will be responsible for all the processes from pre to post sales, including listening to customer concerns, answering customer questions, and providing information about the company's products and services. This is a key role to ensure the right management of orders, claims management, and to guarantee the constant update of the price list. Description of main Activities / responsibilities: Orders Management Complaint and returns management Credit Notes and active invoices Inserting updated prices into management system Keeping the price lists updated Contact with clients and maintaining high-quality relationships with them Contact with foreign colleagues to support foreign orders requests Requisitions: Education : Degree in foreign languages and/or Economics Professional skills: Analytical skills, time management, client management, order management. Experience : At least 3 years of experience in productive/manufacturing industries in the specific role Language skills : Proficiency in English and German is mandatory. IT Skills : Good knowledge of the main IT tools. Mastery of Excel is mandatory. Soft skills : Problem solving, strong aptitude for communication and interpersonal relationships, openness to change and continuous learning, propensity for teamwork, willingness to work in an international context.
