We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team and ensure exceptional service to our customers. Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries. Process and manage incoming orders efficiently and accurately. Resolve issues, manage complaints, handle returns, and proactively reach out to customers when needed. Collect feedback and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver personalized and efficient customer experiences. Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the support provided. Represent the brand at trade shows and events. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office. Native-level German or equivalent proficiency. Proficiency in French and Italian is a plus. Passion for cycling. Willingness to relocate to our headquarters in Italy.
