Location: Segrate-Milan - Office Based
Discover impactful work as part of the CUSTOMER SERVICE team to join our dynamic and internationally oriented customer service organization.
Working in a small team, you will handle the entire process of order monitoring and entry.
**A Day in the Life**:
- In close relationship with your local sales and service team, you will enter orders from our Thermo Fisher Scientific customers.
- Review specifications and attached documentation, highlighting clauses that deviate from company regulations.
- Gather all necessary information and review final documentation in close cooperation with your sales colleagues.
- Monitor the order to meet customer timelines, from submission to the head office to electronic invoicing.
- Update the Customer Service database to monitor the process and results.
Keys to Success: Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
**Education**:
- Italian as a first language, fluent written and spoken English.
- Commercial or similar education.
**Experience**:
- At least 2 years of experience in the Italian procurement process.
- Knowledge of the SAP management system.
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Problem-solving skills and willingness to make decisions.
- Strong social skills with the ability to build and manage relationships and effectively communicate at all management levels, as well as build working collaborations outside the team.
