Discover impactful work as part of the CUSTOMER SERVICE team to join our dynamic and internationally oriented customer service organization.
Working in a small team, you will handle the entire process of order monitoring and entry.
A Day in the Life: In close relationship with your local sales and service team, you will enter orders from our Thermo Fisher Scientific customers. Review specifications and attached documentation, highlighting clauses that deviate from company regulations. Gather all necessary information and review final documentation in close cooperation with your sales colleagues. Monitor the order to meet customer timelines, from submission to the head office to electronic invoicing. Update the Customer Service database to monitor the process and results. Keys to Success: Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
Education: Italian as a first language, fluent written and spoken English. Commercial or similar education. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the Italian procurement process. Knowledge of the SAP management system. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Problem-solving skills and willingness to make decisions. Strong social skills with the ability to build and manage relationships and effectively communicate at all management levels, as well as build working collaborations outside the team.
