Customer Service Representative - Inventory Specialist (Categoria Protetta)**:
- Remote Eligible: Hybrid- Onsite Location(s): Milan, MI, IT**Purpose**:
As part of the Italian Field Inventory Management team, the Inventory Specialist will be responsible for monitor and reconcile cycle counts of hospital consigned and sales rep assigned inventory in Italy.
He or She will also liaise with Sales team to ensure compliance with company policies is met and KPIs are reached.
Primary responsibilities will include data analysis, driving optimization programs with local business leads and customers, leveraging existing global tools and data sources.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Support inventory management activities executed by Sales Team (count schedule, tools and progress monitoring);
- Process and analyze cycle count data leveraging company tools, Microsoft Excel and ERP;
- Create, maintain and share ad hoc reporting on expiry scrap, inventory discrepancies and optimization programs;
- Monitor relevant KPIs;
- Support and guide new product launches and transitions;
- Support roll-out and adoption of existing and new field inventory management tools;
- Analyze field inventory landscape - identify priorities and opportunities for optimal balance between required service and cost (expiry scrap, inventory levels);
- Build relationship with divisional business unit managers, hospital staff and other functional stakeholders;
- Ensure compliance to company policies;
**What are we looking for in you**:
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service roles, preferably in the medical devices industry and/or multinational corporation;
- English level, at least B1 Level, both written and spoken;
- Required knowledge in the utilization of SAP and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange);
- Proficiency in the utilization of CRM tools;
- Drive continuous improvement;
- Highly adaptable, flexible and willing to accept new ideas, processes and tools.
