We are seeking dynamic Customer Service Representatives to join a rapidly growing tech company based in Athens, Greece.
As part of a global team, you'll be delivering exceptional customer support in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
What You'll Do: Provide top-tier customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or services.
Manage customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
Assist in product setup, provide usage advice, and answer technical questions.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer precise and helpful solutions.
What We're Looking For: Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) – Essential!
Intermediate English skills – You'll communicate with colleagues and clients in English.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus but not required.
EU citizenship , or a valid Full-purpose & Specific-purpose work permit card , or a Certificate of Protection (refugees).
