Customer Service Representative (Maternity Cover)

**Your role**:
As the Customer Service Specialist - Foreign Markets you will be part of the Customer Service Team based in Bologna.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Leader you will support all customer management activities related to foreign markets always ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
**What you will do**:
- Support to foreign agents for customer management (order processing, shipments)
- Contact with the AMs for managing commercial agreements
- Collaboration with Finance department for customer financial control (issuing and reminding proforma for payments and subsequent shipment release)
- Preparation of documents necessary for the shipment of goods and control of progress
- Support and assistance to the sales network
- Customer support aimed at achieving the highest customer satisfaction
- Daily contact with customers
- Receiving and managing orders
- Handling of customer issues with attention to quality and timing
- Daily interface with the sales department for specific customer requirements
- Interface with logistics for time and problem verification
- Management of returns and complaints
**What you will bring
- 2/3 years' relevant work experience as a Customer Service Accountant/Representative in the Retail Industry is mandatory (in a fashion company is a plus)
- Used to work on flexible schedule and to manage pressing deadlines
- Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Team Player mindset
- Good analytical skills with proficient use of Excel, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus
- Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of Russian and French are a plus
