Customer Service Representative - Medical Devices (m/f/x) Company: Solventum Location: Milan, Pioltello (Hybrid - at least 2 days per week in office) Job Description: At Solventum, we enable better, smarter, safer healthcare to improve lives. We are looking for a Customer Service professional to join our Medical Surgical Devices team specializing in the Solventum Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) product line. As a (NPWT) Customer Service Representative reporting to the NPWT CS Manager EMEA, you will support the NPWT business in Italy as a permanent member of the front-line customer service team. You will make an impact by: Providing professional support to our customers from the healthcare industry via phone, email, and an Online Ordering Portal. Processing orders and inquiries accurately, considering customer requirements and internal delivery deadlines. Tracking and controlling delivery dates and clarifying outstanding deliveries. Recording, escalating, and resolving complaints efficiently. Cooperating closely with operations, logistics, sales & finance to provide maximum customer service. Ensuring comprehensive customer information about the product portfolio, promotional activities, and service offerings. Maintaining customer orientation within the department and organization. Contributing to process improvement within daily work and cross-function processing. Taking up internal Super User or Specialist tasks once ready. Your Skills and Expertise: To set you up for success in this role, Solventum requires the following qualifications and skills: Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with relevant experience. At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in customer service. Experience in internal sales, inside sales, or contact center. Familiarity with ERP systems (e. g. , SAP, Oracle) and CRM systems (e. g. , Salesforce.com). High level of service and customer orientation with goal-oriented communication. Excellent listening and communication skills with a passion for customer contact. Accurate, structured, and reliable working style.
