**About the role**:

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Troubleshooting towards internal and external clients

- Ability to deal with complex scenarios

- Follow up of the orders

**About you**:

- High command of Microsoft Excel

- Proficiency in English

- University Degree or Diploma is required.

- Relationship skills, problem solving orientation, dynamism are key abilities.

- Previous experience in a customer service dept would be much appreciated
