We have a temporary opening in our Roma location, for a **Customer Service Representative** to join our team full-time.

**Duties will include**:

- Delivering outstanding service and support to all our global customers

- Accurate processing, monitoring and acknowledgement of our customer's orders & quotations within the system

- Provide, daily, weekly and monthly reporting on your customer's activities and meaningful metrics as advised by either Customer Service Management or the Sales Manager.

- Ensure customer orders are acted upon promptly and accurately, in line with the current sales order process to meet customer and operations lead-time requirements. Participates in process improvements.

- Ensure appropriate pricing approval based on the product line discount matrix. Audit proposal pricing to ensure accurate pricing is calculated through an information system.

- Raise customer issues to the Account Manager on time via the internal customer concern process.

- Responsible for processing transactions, reconciliation and reporting of resolution. Handling credit returns and processing all customer complaints

- Support with pricing and product-related queries. Support allocated sales force by holding weekly calls to discuss and detail key issues.

- Travel: If required, you will need to be available to travel to customers' sites, and sales meetings.

**You will have**:

- Fluency in English

- Successful experience in a customer-focused position.

- Proven interpersonal flexibility, and strong oral and written communication.

- Ability to work in cross-functional teams

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work based on business needs.

- Proven track record of exercising good judgement.

- Ability to numerate and be accurate, particularly with data integrity.
