**About the role

**What you will do

- Create and manage customer master data settings in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely data entry to support seamless operations.

- Oversee the approval process for customer master data, promptly addressing and resolving issues to expedite customer code creation.

- Work closely with the global customer master data team, communicating country-specific requirements and securing approvals for deviations from standard processes.

- Regularly run reports to identify and correct errors in customer master data within SAP and CRM tools.

- Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, CRM specialists, and Business Controllers to gather data and provide necessary information.

- Assist the local Customer Service team with daily operations related to order processing, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows

**Who you are

- Bachelor's degree

- Proven experience in customer service, particularly within international companies.

- High proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

- Strong knowledge of SAP (SD, MM) is essential.

Familiarity with SAP MDG and CRM tools is advantageous.

- Ability to independently organize and manage daily activities effectively.

- Understanding of public administration order systems and electronic invoice flows is a plus.
