The Customer Operations Retail takes care of orders received from our 60+ own/franchisee stores in Italy, Austria, Germany, France, Switzerland and Spain and delivers service before and after-sales. Our Customer Operations checks orders in terms of quality, quantity, prices and delivery date and tracks the status till final delivery.
We are looking for an intern who supports our Customer Operations Retail for at least 6 months.
With this internship, you will get a 360° overview of the customer experience starting from the order of clients through the coordination of the delivery to the after-sales service in close cooperation with the Merchandising Team as well as Retail Operation Managers. This experience will give you the possibility to see the whole process chain from the product conception to the final purchase and to understand the needs and requirements of the franchise partners as well as own stores.
Tasks and responsibilities Support the order and client data entry in the ERP systemHelp to verify correct pricing and manage price settings for seasonal sales and promo productsAssist the first-level support for issues and general requests about the company, brand, and productsSupport the order management regarding availabilities, order state, claimsHelp to process and manage the automatic replenishment systemHelp the deliveries and the logistic department as well as the administrative area for payment checkAssist in the analysis of customer pain points, issues, and needs Profile University student or degree in economics or in a similar fieldPrevious experience in customer support will be considered a plusFluent in English and Italian, intermediate GermanKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)Communication skills and analytical mindsetReliability, organization, and attention to detailPassion for mountain sportsIf you are interested to work in a challenging, international and dynamic environment then apply now!
