About the RoleAcma's Customer Service Area Managers are reporting directly to the Head of function and they are responsible for the development and the performance of all sales activities in assigned business unit and region in order to achieve Customer Service results in line with commercial and budget goals. In particular, this profile is responsible for:Sales strategy: implementing the sales strategy and managing sales processes in order to consolidate and develop business results by achieving assigned budgeted results for After Sales business lines (Spares, Upgrades, Services)Business development: contributing to the identification, design and promotion of new products and services to answer customer needs and pursuing the company growth strategySales management: maintaining accurate records of sales and activities related to his business and customers; coordinating the agents in the area and deal the direct customers and support Agents in standard proposals, if requiredOffering: collaborating with the technical department in order to evaluate client requirements, to conduct technical negotiations and to prepare commercial offers consistent with Company capabilities. The role will coordinate a team of 2-3 specialists, and will cooperate with regional colleagues to define commercial strategies in the assigned area. What You Need to Be SuccessfulEngineering Degree (Mechanical, Electronic or similar)Strong passion and curiosity for technical topicsAt least 4-5 years in similar roles with proven success in sales resultsCustomer orientation / Customer Service mindsetInternational experience will be considered as a plusFluent English; mastering Spanish or another language will be considered as a plus.
