- It's a pure sales position, so you will be managing customers who are interested in renting flats in Europe from their first touchpoint with our platform, guiding them through the rental process.

- Expansion, management and retention of customer portfolio.

- Business development activities What is required?

- Excellent interpersonal skills, speaking skills and empathy - Sales skills - Organizational and management skills - Fluent in English - Fluent in Spanish - Ability to work towards objectives and take on ambitious challenges - Bachelor's degree - Previous sales experience preferred What are we offering?

- Paid 3-6 months traineeship contract (€750/month + bonus on generated revenues) - After trainee, a long term employment contract will be signed.

- Flexible working: 2 days smart working, 3 days in the office (Milano).

- August: full remote working - PC + Smartphone - Young and international team (avg.
