The Etex Group are looking for a Customer Service Segment TPI to join the Italian Hub based in Filago - Italy of the newly created Customer Excellence Platform.

As Teammate of the European Customer Service Platform, you'll be supporting and contributing to ensuring all operational tasks of the area of Order Management for the achievement of the highest level of Customer Satisfaction.

**What you'll do
- Co-responsible for a smooth and correct order processing and complaint handling in order to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Processing of incoming customer orders (order entry, order checking and order tracking)
- Checking of orders with regard to correct price quotations, corresponding available capacities and, in particular, the feasibility of the technical and logístical customer requirements
- Monitoring of confirmed delivery dates and close exchange with Supply Chain (Logistics, Purchasing, Production Planning)
- Timely provide documentations and reports to customers and other company functions
- Maintain contacts and the relationships with customers by providing proactive support, efficient communication and prompt feedbacks
- Focus on creating value for our customers by providing an Excellent Customer Experience
**What you'll bring
Critical and important:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Service role
- University degree
- Fluent English is essential
- Team orientation: be able to cross boundaries & collaborate with close and more distant teams
- Problem solving and effective communication skills
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous tasks at once and to thrive in a fast-paced environment
It would be an advantage, but is not essential, if you also have:
- SAP and CRM knowledge
- Previous customer service experience in similar industrial contexts

You'll be a valued member of the European Customer Service Platform, based in the Italian Hub in Filago.
In addition to your direct team you'll have regular connections with Segment Sales Managers and Supply Chain Team.
