**Responsibilities**:

- Order validation and entry

- Order confirmation and delivery creation

- Monitoring of order status

- Claim and return management

- Communication with customers and internal production

- First contact for customer escalations

- Coordination of bottleneck situations

- Support of transfer projects and process improvements

- Maintenance of master data in system

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience

- Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience

- Relevant certifications, system experience, and training

- Excellent English language skill and another language is a preferred

- Good knowledge of Office package and in particular Excel at an advanced level

- Knowledge of SAP is preferred

- Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
