Job Title: Customer Service SpecialistLocation: Naples, FL (Onsite)Duration: 6 months contractPayrate: $22 to $26/hr on W2Job Description:As a Specialist in our stores, you will help deliver the customer experience in our retail stores by ensuring customers always receive the highest level of customer service, assisting with sales, and managing the operations within the location.

In this role you will:Assist customers with billing and service questions, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, floor managing, greeting and explaining products and services to customers as needed. Provide full and ongoing support for all facets of store operation, inventory processes, and merchandising. Place outbound calls to customers via warm leads to promote our products and services. Interact face to face to enhance the customer experience, drive revenue, and reinforce the sales process through your passion. Consistently provide exceptional customer interaction experiences to meet our customers where they are. You'll need to have:High school diploma or GED. One or more years of work experience. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to work additional shifts, if necessary, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. Even better if you have one or more of the following:Associate's degree. Customer service, operations, or tech support experience. Prior sales experience. Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
