Our site in Latina is a competence center for sterile production and antibiotics.

Your key responsibilities Prepare data to support periodic calls with customers.

Update report of Customer Service and KPIs.

Coordinate inner cross-functional meetings as part of the "Communication Improvement" project to identify and manage criticalities affecting the supply.

Coordinate the implementation of product line extensions and product configuration changes.

Enter the forecast and orders in the system (business ongoing and new business), according to standard contract times.

Collect forecast (ongoing and new business) to support the BUDGET and S&OP activities.

Analyze the request and send the order confirmation within contractual terms.

Monitor customers' orders until shipment and re-schedule shipping dates in accordance with guidelines established by Corporate (OTD).

Analyze causes in case of OTD failure and provide solutions to avoid recurrence of the event.

Organize product shipment and pick-up.

Maintain Customer and Product Master data.

Your profile Ability to use Excel to process analysis, compare data, and prepare graphics.

Ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations.

Fluent in English.

University degree in Economy or Management Engineering (preferred).

Knowledge of the Supply Chain process (preferred).

APICS certification (preferred).

Sense of responsibility and perseverance.

Time management and planning skills with an aptitude to respect deadlines.

Excellent listening and learning skills, with the ability to manage information.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Aptitude to work in a complex environment and be flexible towards people and situations.
