**We operate in four European markets (CZ, SK, AT, and DE)** and have big plans.

We aim to make second-hand books the new European standard.

We are expanding to other European countries and are looking for a **local customer advocate** for each country.

**What will you do

- **Be the advocate for your country's customers within our company, ensuring their feedback is heard and addressed.

**:

- Ensure that **our website** for your country **is running smoothly**, up to date and the copywrite is correct.

- Provide **customer support** during regular work hours (9 AM-5 PM)

- Develop **relations with influencers and journalists**:

- Manage and coordinate the distribution of marketing materials (e. g. , bookmarks) to customers.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure excellent customer experience.

**About You

- **Fluency in Italian and English**.

Level C2 is a must.

- Kind and customer-oriented approach.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

- **You live in Rome or Milano
