Moellhausen SpA ( which has been in flavors and fragrances market for more than 50 years, is looking for a skilled Customer Service Specialist.

The candidate for this position will excel in supporting our sales executives actions, targeted to create new sales opportunities and maintain existing business.

The candidate will be part of the commercial team, with sales order management functions from the beginning till the delivery to final customer, including post sale activities, The area of activities is worldwide.

Responsibilities Sales order process into data base, timeline follow-up with production unit, bookings of truck, sea and air shipments; Follow up of export activities focusing on specific requirements of each Country, issue of export documents; Provide costumers information and support post sales; Maintain long term relationships with customers; Prepare sales offers supported by sales executives in case of need.

Qualifications Must speak and write fluently in English and at least another language (in addition to Italian); knowledge of Arabic language as well could be preferential; Knowledge and experience in managing Incoterms; Knowledge of sea and air shipment process (AWB and Bill of Lading); SAP knowledge appreciated; Skillfull and methodic way of working and organizing office activities; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Spirit of adaptation to changes Employment Type Full-time Location Moellhausen is committed to create a safe and inclusive environment, based on mutual respect and the enhancement of diversity, offering equal job opportunities to all qualified candidates.
