- We are looking for talented inside customer relationship professionals who will be supporting the development and execution of UpSurgeOn in achieving the goals and objectives of the Sales Dept.
by contacting customers through remote channels, mainly telephone and video calls.
- You'll work in a cross-functional environment in strong collaboration with Educational dept and core leadership team.

**Job Description and Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience within Customer service dept. , inside sales or selling in the field roles with Med-tech industries and have gained clinical experience working closely with Surgeons.
- Academic background Bachelor or Master's degree in Medical technology, Biomedical Engineering or Business related fields.
- Knowledge of surgical instruments/devices is preferred.
- Customer oriented: good knowledge of cutomer relationship, planning and execution and passion for customer success and service mentality.
- Ability to tailor messages to target audience and active listening.
Provide clear and impactful communication, verbally and through business writing.
- Opportunity to adopt sales techniques and deal making & negotiating skills in compliance with internal processes.
- Strong operational discipline with an analytical, process-oriented mindset and a data-based approach to decision making and assessment.
- Good analytical skills and ability to develop, understand and monitor sales results and analysis using reporting and tools.
CRM experience and data analytics are mandatory
- Strong organizing skills and can-do mentality: working independently in the assigned tasks and dynamism.
- Service orientation & Business thinking attitude.
Ability to be flexible in changing daily workload priorities as directed.
**Responsibilities
- Analyze the market and identify sales opportunities for our innovative educational solutions.
- Follow-up and report on customer profiling and funnel.
- Proactively contacting the assigned customers on a regular basis, mainly by phone or socials, to support them with appropriate information and services.
- Generating demand, identifying opportunities and needs to leverage local key platforms for executing end-user communications.
- Identify, develop and maintain relationships also with key opinion leaders (KOLs), reference centres.
- Strong relationship skills, problem solving orientation, dynamism are considered key abilities.
- Understands the business: customer priorities, market trends & opportunities.
- Use available systems and tools to plan, prepare and drive engagement with the customers, get commitment to buy, negotiate and close successful deals.
Follow up of the orders.
- Manage and maintain contact and customer information by updating and capturing strategic information.
- Make reporting on sales evolution and budget.
- Identify customer clinical educational needs and perception of the brand.
**Additional Information and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
- High command of Microsoft Excel, SAS
- Marketing Automation, HubSpot as a plus
- Collateral knowledge of the Neurosurgery area will be a plus.
- Travel Required: Occasional travel for Educational events (max up to 20%)
- Valid driving license
