Customer Service Specialist
For our Distribution Department at our Cesena Branch, we are currently looking for a Customer Service - DistributionKEY RESPONSIBILITIES Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve processes.
Coordinate tasks with the logistics team to track shipments and resolve any delivery issues that may arise.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
SOFT SKILLS Reliability.
Teamworking.
Negotiating.
Customer Orientation.
Problem Solving.
