The person we are looking for will be inserted into the Customer Service team as a

Customer Service Specialist

at our Global Headquarters in Piombino Dese, PD, Italy.

The candidate will initially focus on our French/English speaking clients with the opportunity to follow others based on his/her linguistic skills.

Responsibilities:Elaborates sales order fulfilment management, tracks and monitors the related documents, commercial offers and contractsManages the operative process of the sales ordersManages and supports customer relationships from the Headquarters (contracts, reports Meeting minutes, meeting follow-ups etc.

)Helps in organizing visits / audits at the HeadquartersSupports the management of the sales forecast for his/her assigned areaWorks with Account Managers to guarantee customer satisfaction

Qualifications:Education: BA Degree in Modern Languages, Foreign Trading, EconomyExperience: at least 2 years of experience in a similar roleLanguages: Fluent in English, a second language is considered a plusExperience using Miscrosoft Office suite
