We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

Your Main Tasks Will BeIn-person reception of the Company's clients;Providing advice to clients within the framework of OSR activities;Registration and processing of customer requests;Conclusion and renegotiation of contracts for the distribution of electricity with household customers;Formation and delivery of invoices for paid services;Engaging customers in the use of digital services.
