An exciting opportunity has arisen within JS HQ as Customer Service Specialist, who will support the CS Manager in the order and delivery process.
Key responsibilities
- Customer management: entry and maintenance of personal data and assistance with shipments and information.
- Order management: entering, receiving and checking orders placed.
- Shipment Management: creation of the deliveries.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Degree or High School Diploma.
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Fluency in English;
- Good knowledge of the main IT tools, Office.
- The profile is completed by: good relational and communication skills, flexibility, methodical and structured approach and strong propensity for problem solving.
