Arcese offers the possibility of a placement in the **Customer Service Team** in Castel San Pietro Terme (BO).
**YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE**:
- Build and develop relationships with customers based on trust and competence
- Understand customer needs, provide support with effective handling of requests and complaints
- Manage order-in through our computer systems, from which you will also analyse volumes and kpi
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to satisfy the needs of client companies
