The Customer Service Specialist will deliver excellence in all customer interactions.

The post holder will provide direct support to customers and the sales & medical team in delivering pre-sale and post-sale customer service.

In depth knowledge of the company's customer service policies and excellent product

knowledge will be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

**Your key responsibilities**:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Ensure ethical behaviour and full compliance with the company's policies.

- Perform the function switchboard operator.

- Responsible for supporting customer facing functions in processing orders/returns.

- It will have to interface with supply chains, hospital purchasing managers, and, if required, nuclear doctors.

- Providing metrics/reports to Sales team.

- Monitoring, tracking and updating clients on the status of shipments.

- Entering information into the proprietary databases (es ROME, D365).

- Complete the order process from receipt of customer orders (planned or otherwise) through to dispatch and then invoice, using the company's standard procedure.

**Minimum requirements

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- High school diploma or Customer Service qualifications.

- Experience working in a customer service environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Fluent in Italian.

Good knowledge of English.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, attention to detail and strong problem-solving attitude.

Work location: Colleretto Giacosa (TO).
